We arrived in Washington on Friday to stay with Laura and Noah until our flight on Monday afternoon. Tom was visiting his Dad who is recuperating from surgery. We wish Larry well.
To pass the time Sunday Noah and Annette spent some time watching Dora the Explorer via Netflix on our laptop. Annette found the story line to be a little thin but Noah really liked the story of Dora and the birthday party.
The bags have been packed for the last time. Each suitcase weighs in under 40 pounds. We have our reading materials and a new book of Sudoku puzzles. We're ready.
Laura has reserved a car for us which will come at 3pm and take us to Dulles Airport, a good distance from her home in Arlington. Very thoughtful!
